Had originally scheduled with Lee Chrysler Jeep since I also had a recall. They called that morning and said it would take 4 hours. I said never mind, I'll go to Medlin GMC. They said, every dealer takes 4 hours, including Medlin. Told them that's not true- bye!! Medlin took about 40 minutes and most of that time I talked to my favorite salesman as well as meeting other customers. A fun morning!!

2008. I call Medlin Buick and talk with Mike L that saved the day a very nice guy very knowledgeable on what I needed as BMW oil filter and the kind of oil I needed. I will not haste to call the service dept. at Medlin Buick again.

This agency has a great group of employees working for them. They explained the entire process on what would take place behind the scenes. I was offered bottled water while i waited in the lounge. Everyone there is very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make your experience better.

This dealership has made THREE separate attempts at re-attaching my rear view mirror. Yesterday was the 3rd try. Today it has fallen off again. Every single time I have had either software our 2 vehicle repaired at Medlin, they have had to go back repeatedly. The service manager is rude, nasty, and condescending. Bill is no better. Mike and Stephanie are the only decent people on site. I will not be back. What a disaster.

I have been taking my car exclusively to Medlin for the past six years and will continue to do so. The work always begins as scheduled. Estimated costs are always on target and fully explained. Its clear to me that the entire staff function as professionals with a high level service attitude, that is not always the case with other dealerships.
FYI: Scheduling on donut days highly recommended.

Medlin has always provided me with outstanding service.
1. Very friendly staff
2. Work to be done is always explained fully.
3. My car is brought in for service promptly as scheduled.
4. The service personnel will keep me appraised of approaching manufacturer maintenance suggestions with related rates. Having advanced notice is a plus.
5. The Donuts are always good.

Typically have a grat experience, but this time there was a different service advisor and he tried to say my car with just over 8k miles needed wipers to pass inspection to gain a sale. I pushed back and all the sudden the car passed inspection without needing new wipers. Not sure where my confidence is with the service center now.

Dealing with Billy Lucas makes it easy for me because he truly cares about my vehicle getting fixed the right way the first time. I have had some issues with this Tahoe but Bills attention to detail makes the repairs easier and correctly done rite the first time.

The oil change was fine. The other two issues Im having with the vehicle were not fixed. I was told, You need to leave it here for about a week and just know they have to take everything apart. You know the wiring, radio, speakers everything so make another appointment. Highly disappointed, especially since the appointment was for all three items. I cant go without transportation.

Over the past five years I have been fully satisfied with the service department at Medlin. They always fully explain the work needed and the prices involved. The work has always been completed within the time schedule. I have no complaints. BTW the glazed donuts are great.

MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 10:00 AM, GOT THERE @9:40 MY SERVICE MIKE GOT ME END TOLD ME IT WOULD BE @2 HOURS, DID MY MPI ADVISED ME OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE ASAP AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE, DID MY 4X4 DIFF SERVICE AND TRANS FLUSH, GOT ME OUT WITHIN THE 2 HOURS AND THE PRICE WAS CHEAPER THAN WHAT I WAS QUOTED, THIS IS MY NEW GMC DEALER FROM NOW ON!
