horrible experience. took over 4 months to get the part in. and then when they got the first part in they realized that they didn't order another part which took 2 more months to get in. they should've looked at everything when they were diagnosing the issue and this wouldn't have happened. i wasn't offered a loaner car, wasn't even given an apology by the service manager. instead he laughed when i suggested not having to pay the insurance deductible. anytime i called vw i never was able to speak directly to service, their messages were relayed through the secretary. horrible experience will never go back
