No pressure and on wasted time, in and out in short period of time. I will use them again if I ever need a new car. What I am looking for is not what these dealerships are showing me. Lincoln Corsair 23-24 white/ tan brown interior, sunroof, navigation with keyless entry.O less than 30000. Miles So I am just saying, No and returning email. They are nice to talk to. But don't listen.

A video was sent to me of the technician going over everything that was done and then my car was brought back to the front service area. Everything was good.

They won't tell me anything about my car and they won't give it back. From what I can tell they haven't even looked at it and I am stuck in stupid loaner cars that don't work right and that they won't swap out either. I will never take my car back there again.

the service seemed to be fine, but I was there for 4 hours on a scheduled oil change which is unacceptable. I also asked the tech to troubleshoot a rattle and he did not give a report on that, so I assume it was not done, and after the wait, I had lost interest in telling him to put it back out on the racks.

Brought back today charges now over $800 for the same problem. Seems like you should have diagnosed the problem correctly and charged the correct fee that matched your video..

They are always excellent. Even though this last visit was rather long - I waited in the waiting room - Ashley looked after me and kept me updated. Many people tell me to take my Mazda to a closer place to have it serviced, but I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my car.

I have used Med Center Collision before and they do great work. They don't rush the job and promise the return in a reasonable amount of time. Staff is cordial and works with you to accommodate dropping off or picking up your vehicle. I'll continue to use them for bodywork on my vehicles.
