They performed the planned service well. They were quick and efficient. My major complaint is that they also changed some controls on the vehicle: turned off auto headlights and set the drive mode to Normal vice ECO. It took me a while to realize this had happened. I'll know to expect it next time.

Went for 10,000 mile service and a recall as well as having them look at cracks in the roof line. The recall was for display issues and afterwards the backup camera does not work right. They were supposed to call back to schedule the body shop appointment and never did so I had to call back. This is not the first time the have not followed through in just 10,000 miles.

I think they charge too much for service I know everyone is taking advantage of the consumer now they are no different and the high prices they told me what my service was going to cost then they added another 17.00 dollars that I didn't know about feels like nickel and dime to death I'll try to get most of my work some where else from now on I may be wrong I don't have service done very often but I do like the people there.

Service is always good and I have always trusted Mechanicsville Toyota not to push services that aren't really needed. I was told that a tuneup costing over $700 was recommended for my 2017 Lexus that I have around 75000 miles on. I called Lexus and they said it wasn't necessary until around 120000. This was also recommended to another person in the waiting room. This really concerned me.

Took too long. If tires were rotated, they were not brought to proper inflation. When I look at the health of my vehicle on phone and tablet, the tire inflation has not changed from from before I took into the shop. An issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.

I purchased this car from Mechanicsville Toyota with the understanding that it had been checked out thoroughly. So far new engine, new battery, cable going to the alternator, serpentine belt, and rear brakes. All had to be replaced. There's no way this car could've been checked out before it was put up for sale Very disappointed in this dealership.

Took the car back this past Saturday so my salesman could go over a few features with me appointment was at 2 PM when I got there he had just left to go home sick. The other salesman would not help me do or learn anything about the other features I ask about all he kept saying was I didn't know how to do that.
