took the van for state inspection and found out the break pads are almost gone, so got them replaced and identified a squeaking noise when i open the tail door which is under extended warranty and got that fixed as well.

Didnt wait long for an oil change and tire rotation. They asked questions and I told them what I needed based on my email from car fax. I had some recalls that needed fixing and they took care of that as well. No negativity; all positive vibes.

Cavell is a terrific service manager. He is knowledgeable, caring and helpful. I feel confident every time that I have service at Mechanicsville Honda. He is the reason that I bought my second Honda at Mechanicsville.

Service sucked, had to go back because there was no mileage or inspection stickers in my window. Als noticed after getting home the maintenance light had not been reset.

We definitely did not perform up to our standards in this situation and you did not receive the level of service that you deserved. I appreciate you pointing out our shortcomings because this gave me an opportunity to discuss your visit with the service staff to make sure we do a more thorough job once the service is complete. I, along with our service staff, apologize and hope that you will give us an opportunity in the future to prove that we are much better than what you experienced during your last visit.

completed all on time-- did not address my TPMS light until I had to point out the light was still on. They did take the car back and replaced the system. They were polite and informative throughout

State inspection was fine. There was an issue with the adaptive cruise control that was fixed less than two weeks and then my backup camera works sometimes and sometimes doesnt!
