Meador posted an oil change special on their web page. I called before the service to ensure it would apply to my 2018 Pacifica. That was confirmed. However, when the service charge was provided to me in an email while at the dealership, it was double the advertised price. I had to argue with them to get the advertised price. Otherwise, the service was timely and the waiting area comfortable.

Dealership recommended repairs that were not needed. They try to pad the bill. I would not bring my vehicle back if it wasn't for the free lifetime oil changes I cannot get elsewhere. When I go over my allotted annual oil changes, they charge double what other dealerships charge. Having to wait 1 1/2 hours for 30 minutes ute oil change is crazy.
