I really was disappointed, when I was informed to make an appointment for this recall on my 1500. Dodge Ram SST. Then I am told they once they looked at it they will have to order the part. That should have been done when I was waiting to show up for my appointment. That was real dum to have your customer come just to be told that they will have to order the part.

Great people and great work my only complaints were that they forgot to reset the oil life and replace the sticker on the windshield and when looked under the vehicle they did not clean the oil off of the under carriage from the oil change. Other than those 2 minor issues everything else was great and the price was as expected

They take like 2 months to fixed it and when I get my truck back the windshield was broken and a little dent on the side and they said that was my responsibility when that happened while they where working on it so I pay for the repairs plus $1000 dollars for my insurance deductible.

Meador posted an oil change special on their web page. I called before the service to ensure it would apply to my 2018 Pacifica. That was confirmed. However, when the service charge was provided to me in an email while at the dealership, it was double the advertised price. I had to argue with them to get the advertised price. Otherwise, the service was timely and the waiting area comfortable.
