As soon as I walked into the shop Zach walked outside to evaluate the damage on my tire and gave recommendations, options, price and timeline. I was contacted the next day when the tires were available and we set up the mounting. While I was in the lobby I observed other customers receive the same good prompt friendly service. This was my first time at McKnight Tire and won't hesitate to return when it's time for tires.

These people are terrific. We have 5 vehicles that we regularly take in for service. However, they an always get me in when I have a time crunch. When I that a piece of metal flatten my tire, they put me on first thing in the morning so I could travel to see my family for Thanksgiving that afternoon! McKnights in shining armor!!

Went in just to inquire about a new set of tires, fully expecting I would have to make an order and appointment for another day. McKnight got me a new set of good tires, with a reasonable price and a manufacturer rebate. All installed in about 90 minutes that visit. Staff was awesome and very helpful. My new go to tire shop.

I liked that my vehicle was taken inside and returned to me in about 35 minutes.
I also liked that I was asked if I wanted both rotate AND re-balance--answer, Yes.
I did not like the fact that I was not invited to inspect at least ONE tire to look at the "wear bars" and see what that looked like.

Staff are EXTREMELY helpful. That said, they are booked out 3weeks for appointments. Was told to bring vehicle in. Did so. Went home. Four and a half hours later in was fixed.
