The staff (Patrick) was fantastic--personable, informative, and insightful. Between him and the usual staff (Robert) I am happy to continue to do business with McKenna despite it being a bit of a drive for me. The work was top notch, thorough, and timely. Lastly, the staff provided transportation for me in such a way that there was virtually no wait.

I liked the new set up, and that i was able bring my car early. I didn't like that they
did not meet their promise time, but i understood. second thing i didn't like was that they did not show results of inspection, just told me that i needed thus and so. of course not covered under warranty. So i don't have total confidence in your
service dept.

Patrick Sim was one of the best service advisors that I've had at a BMW dealership. He was professional and explained the services that were performed. He kept me up to date on all the work. He reassured me that the team was taking care of my car. He went through all the recommendations and was not pushy in getting me to get all the work done if I was not comfortable with it. There was no pressure and I am thankful for that.

The Service Guys are great and professional. Only problem is that my Check Engine Light came on when I arrived home. I left several messages to the Service Department and Raymond, and no answer back. I will go there myself tomorrow when I have a chance.

I like the new services building. Very spacious and nice ambiance. Robert Sayasit my service advisor is very accommodating and knowledgeable. He very well explained the needs of the car but I didn't feel the pressure of doing all the recommendation.

I was aware of the brake service to be needed and they also inform me that it was time for a coolant service. I like keeping the vehicle up to date on services. The agent was friendly and very professional. I had asked him if the Engine oil service package that I had purchase sometime back was still available. He looked it up and found that the Eng. oil package was still available. So 3 services got done that day. All is good.

1) they never text me until I ask when the car is going to be ready.
2)samething next day I call and ask same question.He said probably late this afternoon or tomorrow.
3)Next day around 3or 4 they texted me service is completed ready to pick up
4)satisfied with their job(thank you)but very not happy with floor man whoever he is for not letting customer know how things is going around.Ignor Ignore!

this is the second time I took my vehicle in for service technicians very nice and I am very pleased with the service I got. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because when I went to pick up my vehicle it was dirty I had to request they wash it and I feel they should of washed it without me having to ask. Other than that GREAT SERVICE.

Danial the service rep was great as usual. The systeml of having the rep come to your car instead waiting in the waiting area wondering when someone will come is a lot better then the way you used to do it. The service was done in a timely manner. I had to call to see what the delay was on the Uber pick up at home. Looks like the order did not go thru the first time.
