All good to the end when it was discovered that I was overcharged for service that was not rendered / very bad I have been with Cadillac and in particular with McGuire for to long for this kind of foolishness. Get rid of the bad apples because it can't spoil the whole barrel.

The Good: Guys there were nice, respectful, did a multi-point inspection. I needed an ignition coil replaced, they advised of some other things that may need work, but didn't push to make the conversation awkward when I advised to just change what was necessary. The Eh: Service isn't cheap, but that comes with any dealership work from my experience

After 2 epic fails at other Cadillac dealer we found McGuire. Straight forward no BS dealer with integrity. Jody the sales woman was responsive, detailed and honest. No BS add on fees to the deal and a smooth process on the financial end with Sammy. I'd go back.
