Excellent customer service. I had problems with my tire and my tire light was coming on. I called in and was told to bring my car in the same day. After a couple hours of waiting I was informed the tire couldn't be repaired, a new tire was on my car, I didn't have to pay for my tire and given my keys! I learned my tire was under warranty. Long wait to get checked in (this has become the norm at this location,,,,lots of service advisors running around, but slow to attention). As the appointment was to rotate tires and recall issue. Recall could not be done that week (as Toyota/lexus did not have the parts). I would recommend this Service Department only for warranty and recall issues. Service is slow, price is high.
