We needed a part for our van. A new one was very expensive. A good used one was found for a fraction of the price. Fortunately they checked the used part over and decided it was best not to use the one they found. So still looking and glad they didn't just install the used part with flaws. Communication was excellent.

Took my vehicle in for service, left the dealership, had another issue. They were great about getting the vehicle in and fixing the issue. They made it right and were honest about what happened the first time. That shows their honesty about their service. Will be going back when other issues happen.

Did a good job fixing vehicle, but communication about cost of service was terrible. Way overpriced on parts and labor and not upfront about cost. When given a price for service expect to spend 150 over whats quoted. Wont get out of here without paying 3-500 on simple issues

Service tech was very good. The only thing I did not like was that I needed this repair on a car with 11000 miles. I guess I thought the battery and heat coil should have lasted longer than that. Otherwise, your service department was great to work with, $600 is a lot of money for car repairs on this car.
