McFarland Ford has trained professional personnel that can be trusted. With the investment that most people make today a trained professional is your best friend. For the 2nd time in a row, I schedule an appt over the phone, show up for the appt & am told at the desk that I am not on the schedule. The service man at the desk was not extremely friendly. He did fit my car in to be serviced which I appreciated but I feel friendly customer service is lacking compared to other dealerships I've dealt with.

Truck was fixed but I find it outrageous to be vastly overcharged for labor on the job. Talked to the service techs and know when the work started and stopped only to end up with an extra 3+ hours billed. Rounding up on the time, yah OK I get it but completely fudging the numbers is BS. Never seen something like this before, shame on McFarland.

I've waited several months for the parts for my recall to come in so I was excited to hear that they could do the recall work at the same time as my oil change. Well they weren't able to get all the recall work done so they told me they can do it the next time I come in for an oil change. They also only partially filled my DEF fluid telling me they could only add one bottle per service.
