Sales person's approach to trade-in negotiation tactics was very poor. With all the available data these days, any dealership that thinks that the customer is uninformed as to the value of their trade is grossly misleading themselves. Slapping a fairly AI assistant at the initial contacts only to be dashed by the old and tired car salesman behaviors is pretty disappointing.

Terrible service, they stripped out my air filter holder bolts and then wanted to charge me to replace them. Part of the service was to fix a recall, parts were not on hand, job was incomplete. Then they wanted charge 1500 dollars to change out a fuel sensor. There's better repair shops.

I did not like that the diagnosis fee was not subtracted on a service over 1000. I paid the fee and got the same service else where for a lower price. It was near the price range but I works have preferred to pay it and not have to try to save a free bucks.

I highly recommend going to McElveen. I dealt with Gray with my sales person Kristin. Austin did my financing. I was completely satisfied with all of it. No one's going to get you a deal like Mckelveen. No one has the inventory like Mckelveen and no one has the connection to GM that they do. Five star shopping, you must go to McElveen.

This dealership didn't have the second key for our new truck and my husband had to drive 2 hours to pick it up weeks later. They offered some incentives for my husband to drive and pick up the key and then claimed they never agreed to such. Basically, they only care until you sign those papers. Don't expect to get any good customer service after you leave that lot. We will be going elsewhere in the future. Very unprofessional.

Worst ever. The car was sold that morning by deposit put down. I had scheduled appt at 1 pm. Showed up to be told by mgr it was not available and offered other cars to test drive. I said if you got a deposit that am you should have called me to cancel my 1 PM appointment and save me the trip. I will not pursue car purchase thru your platform or mcelveen ever again.

My truck never went in the garage for service. It sat within my view the entire time it was there. The fan for the air conditioner still has a loud noise when you turn it on. There is still noise coming from the right rear tire after having the tires rotated.

Over 3 and 1/2 hours for an oil change. I Feel McElveen doesn't care about their customers. Poor reflection on GMC. When asked why it took so long I was told " It didn't, but I just came back from lunch" . I still had to sit and wait. Unprofessional, Won't be going back.
