The service was fine the price is the problem, I expected to pay around $80 for oil change and tire rotation but when it was finished I had a $152 bill, literally double what they had been charging before new ownership, this will be the last time I take my vehicle there and to think when I pulled in I was interested in a truck on the lot, they got their last cent from me!

Updated review: My experience with McDaniels Ford Orangeburg started well, but it's taken a serious turn, and I want to update this to reflect both sides honestly.
Natalie in service is still phenomenal. She's professional, communicates clearly and often, and genuinely cares about getting things right. That part hasn't changed.
The problem is everything happening around her.
I had cam phasers and associated wear components including the water pump replaced on my 2023 Expedition under warranty. The warranty covered 6 days of a rental car, but the repair took 7 days, so I had to pay for the extra day out of pocket.
Two weeks later I noticed the car was leaking oil on the driveway. I brought it back and was told the water pump seal was leaking and needed a part ordered and to come back to replace it, no cost to me.
When I returned for that fix, I was told it would take 3-4 hours. Instead I was at the dealership from 8am to 4pm 8 hours. On the drive home, the car overheated and left me stranded on the side of I-26. I called the dealership, and it took 2 hours for a tow truck to show up. I had to have family meet the tow truck just to get home as a rental was not even offered.
The next day, the dealership called to say a hose clamp had come loose, which caused the overheating. They fixed it, at no cost to me, then told me I could pick the car up whenever I wanted. I had to ask for them to deliver it instead and even then, they made it sound like they were doing me a favor, since I live outside their 30-mile delivery radius.
When the car finally came back, it hadn't been cleaned, vacuumed, or even topped off with gas. No goodwill, no sorry for the inconvenience, or anything to "make it right".
Across all of this, I paid for gas to and from the dealership multiple times, an extra day of rental car, cleaner, and time, to remove oil that had leaked in my driveway, ~$30 of extra oil to safely get the car to the dealership after it leaked, and a wash to clean up the coolant and oil mess left behind. And somehow it was framed as an inconvenience to them to deliver my own car back to me.
Natalie communicated with me clearly through this entire process and is genuinely a pleasure to work with. I struggle with confidence in the technicians doing the actual repair work, or in management's willingness to make things right for the customer.
