I contacted McCarthy Chevrolet about trading in my truck for an Equinox due to my husband's ailing abilities. Due to his hospitalization, I didn't have a lot of time. Aaron Shortino immediately contacted me & made arrangements to meet the next morning as soon as they opened. I chose a vehicle & was out in 2 hours. He made my life a little easier in a most difficult time for me. He should be commended for his service!

A.I. salespersons,, didn't show up. They asked us to come. Far too busy. Nachos Football party was more important than us. They even messed up our milage Currently at 19,697. Average speed 29.9 mph. We don't go far or fast. 68yrs old. Poor quality work ( Passengers front Door & windshield reservoir. Too expensive as well.

The issue with the jeep was not repaired. Shop repaired the EASY Job!! Not what I had it Towed in for ! And I was also changed an EXTRA $51 Just to use my debit card, I was not told about the fee ! Nor did they have ATM ON Site . I got dropped off there . The car got worse . Tje check engine light came on. My jeep was not repaired and not safe to drive. It is currently at another automatic shop

Everything went fine, until I looked at when my next service would be. Turned out the device guy (a rookie), Wrote down my actual milage wrong. I went back, they made me a new service sticker and corrected their paperwork. Apparently they never contacted your company about this error.My current milage is 17061

Will never go back there ASE certified is a joke. after thousands dollars and much time spent back and fourth still have the same issues as before. it's been the same with several different GM dealers in the city since the car was purchased new. they got our money, and don't give a s#!$. they'll just sell another headache to the next sucker.
