Very good experience overall. Was able to get a Saturday morning appointment somewhat last minute. They took care of my car fairly quickly so wait was minimal and in a nice comfortable waiting area with water, coffee, snacks. Staff is always professional and pleasant. We take our three Mazda there and now our Honda too.

Great team of folks and they do a great job of repairing your car in a timely manner. They communicate with the customer to assure they know what's going on with their vehicle and most of all their honest about what needs to be done. They don't do unnecessary pushing of repairs that don't need to be done (only place I've been to several times and never once have they said I need a cabin filter, engine filter, or windshield wipers).

Their service department is excellent. This is my second Mazda, I kept the first one for 10 years. Usually I drop the car off to get it serviced, and usually it has to wait on me, they finish before I am ready to pick it up. They also return the car to so clean that it looks like a brand new car.

Very good service station. Efficient, expeditious and professional. Bought my 2014 CX5 in May 2013 and take my CX5 back to Mazda of South Charlotte yearly for an oil change and free NC State Inspection. Only criticism is that the oil change has become a bit over-priced!

We had made the appointment, went at appointment time, we were greeted they had paperwork ready took car right in and gave us an approximate time it should be ready. Prior to the estimated time they called our name that car was ready, service writer went over what was done along with their finding and we were back on our way home. This was a typical experience at the service department.

Successfully took care of my issues, except weren't able to recreate the shifter problem to fix that. The service manager followed up with an offer to bring a loaner and pick up my car to try again to fix that problem. So I'll take their offer and be very satisfied.

I thought you guys normally check the air in the tires when you do an oil change and I went out of town and the light came on on the dashboard that I needed air in my tires and the back tires were really low on air which seems as if no air was put in my tires couple days later

Excellent service with honest suggestions and transparent pricing. The Vehicle service advisor was genuine and provided good advice. I would recommend Mazda of South Charlotte over Joes Maus Mazda any day. Although I bought my vehicle from Joe Maus or Independence Mazda as they were called I didnt like their dishonest suggestions for services which are not at all required.

Vehicle taken in promptly. Service writer made sure all issues covered. Provided a quick inspection of the lights as there may have been an issue with them. Discovered someone/thing had broken rear taillight lens allowing water to condense. New part ordered. All work was done promptly and explained. Waiting area is very clean. Scheduled a recall service. First they don't have the part in stock. Then they reschedule for another day knowing they still won't get delivery until the day after. Didn't call me to tell me any of this. Then messed up the repair itself causing the car to run out of gas. Had it fixed without issue by another dealer
