Inspection video has always been a plus to show the actual condition of tires, belts, etc. appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation, but the tires were deemed to be in a condition which didn't require rotation. Wonderful staff and customer service at this dealership .

Service representatives were all courteous. The multipoint inspection was thorough and put my mind at peace especially the report that all four tires were in good condition. (One tire had picked up a nail and was plugged. I ordered new set of four tires to change them all, but the inspection indicated they were fine.). My review would be five out of five stars but for the cost which is on the high side.

Had my brand new CX30 about 2 weeks when I came out to a dead battery. I called the dealership and the sent a tow truck to come get it. The battery was faulty so they replaced it under warranty and I had to pay $80 for a ride back to the dealership to pick it up.

The extremely detailed video presentation of the inspection. Also, the very nice, clean restrooms, the showroom, and especially the waiting room area. Fresh coffee, creamer, water, and snacks. Everyone was very nice and sincere. I had very little wait time for every step along the way.

I had an appointment and checked earlier on the day and was told everything was still on. We walked in a few hours later and was informed they had sold the car. I would have appreciated a phone call before a 2 hour drive after working all day. I will not ever buy a car or recommend this dealership.

I went in for a routine oil change and service was performed well. However I left with an un resolved front tire issue. . I had the dealer check the cars alignment and wad told it was with in spec ? Left with " im not sure what it is" keeping my eye on it and had the service recorded.

Service department recommended $4500 of repairs and when I asked for only 2 things to be done, they kept the car for 2 months. Only to inform me that they were unable to fix the car and I would need to take it elsewhere. They did work with me on the billing but I still had to pay for service only to be left towing my car back home in the same condition it was 2 months ago.

I want some additional work done and there was no Porter available on that day and also when you drive in there's a perfunctory type of wheel alignment that's done and the service was out of order and was not repaired yet and I rely on that for checking my alignment on my tires
