I wanted to purchase a used 2018 sonata. When I went to test drive the car, the salesman, Larry, really could not tell me much about the car. The only thing he really seemed to know about was the price. The salesmen at the dealership were very discouraging, and were trying to make me pay a ridiculous amount for a used car. I was told that I would not be able to find the car I want for the price I want. I was also told that Because I was a first time buyer, I would not find a car that did not have a high interest rate. They told me that my credit score was not good enough (even though it was). In addition, I was told by Nick that I would have to settle for a used car because I was a first time buyer. Overall, after talking to Nick and Larry, I felt like this dealership did not have my best interest at heart. In fact, they both talked down on me like I was not worth their time. I ended up going to another dealership and buying a brand new 2019 sonata, ended up saving over $150 per month on car payment, AND my interest was half the percentage. All in all, you can tell these guys really do not care about their buyers, or people in general. I was very disgusted with how unprofessional and careless they were.
