I liked the video oh them telling me what was wrong with the car but I did not like the employee that helped me telling me that it was swamped. I made an appointment weeks before I came in and I was 15 minutes early. That is not something a customer wants to hear. Maybe the employee is new and still adjusting to volume of work, not sure.

I've always stayed away from dealerships for service, but these guys have changed my mind about that. Super easy and friendly from start to finish. They provide a video tour diagnostic and show you exactly what's going on with the car. No pressure to add extra repairs if not needed.

This was my second visit for repairs to my Mazda 6 infotainment system. The issue where the screen would randomly go blank, drop bluetooth phone connections, and switch from SXM to FM seem to have been corrected. So far so good!!

The Service Department at Bedford Mazda seems to be very efficient. My car was finished in the time promised. I had the Recall work taken care of plus oil change, tire rotation etc. Technician Thomas Nagy did a nice job.

I always feel comfortable bringing my car to Mazda of Bedford. Staff is always friendly, provides updated information on car needs, video of inspection and recommendations. Assists with requests. I will continue to bring my car back. You can't understate feeling comfortable with the service you pay for.

It was easy to schedule, but the estimate I was provided over the phone for the service (front wheel hub assembly replacement) was not honored. Additionally, they initially told me that diagnostic would not be charged if I did the needed repair, but I was asked to pay for it. They subsequently removed that charge, but I still paid significantly over the provided estimate.

I'm always happy when I have my car serviced at Mazda of Bedford. Had 4 new tires mounted and balanced. A wheel alignment and oil change. They also replaced my passenger mirror which had been broken. I had a courtesy car and my car was ready in 4 hours. It was thoroughly washed inside and out and vacuumed. Great customer service always!

The experience with ordering a car online was so easy. Pick your car, complete paperwork and schedule your date of delivery. I kept saying this can't be this easy but it was easy. Great customer service! My car is being delivered to my home today...yay!!

I was told that the service would take 1-1.5 hours. After two hours, I was told what was repaired and given keys to the wrong car! After they found my car, I was told that they did a diagnostic check and refilled fluids, which was NOT part of the service I came for, but they hadn't done the service I needed! Furthermore, I was asked to pay for the service I did not request. I was appalled at the incompetence. I believe that I would have waited all day if I hadn't started asking questions after the first hour. I do not plan plan on ever bring either of my Mazdas to Bedford again.

We've been customers of Mazda of Bedford for twenty two years. One of the main reasons we have stayed loyal to this dealership is because of their top notch service department. The service advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable. The service being requested is always done correctly and if the service technician spots something wrong with my car, I will be notified and told if it needs to be addressed right away or not and the cost involved. They also know my time is valuable so they get me in and out as quickly as possible. Our cars are always washed at the end of the service visit...Great dealership!!!
