Specifically, he was able to arrange a loner car for me on very short notice so that I could address a medical requirement while my car was being serviced.

I like the video explainer by the technician. It's helpful to see how the car is doing. Everyone there was nice and professional. I've been coming there for years now, and as long as I have my Mazda, I will continue having my car serviced there. I don't like the credit card surcharge, but at least I can use my debit card without penalty.

The service was a very easy and basic one: an oil change and tire rotation. Along with this they performed a multipoint evaluation which proved to be what I considered to be little more than an upselling device. None of the recommendations made were necessary for the hostage future and all were accompanied with exorbitantly priced estimates compressed to almost any other service provider!

The service advisors and techs are solid. I felt I received good value for my service. I still don't like that if you use a credit card, they tack on their own convenience charge. If you go, make you that you are ok with that extra charge or have lots of money in your checking account.

They used to ask me if I wanted my car washed and had excellent customer service. Now my car leaves the shop dirtier than when it went in. My car has also had additional issues come up after having work done here. Waiting area consisted of an empty fridge with no water. Very run down.
