The service writers and service technicians are excellent and well informed. I've never taken my CX9 anywhere else for service. HOWEVER, my recent service included parts markup costs of 70-100%. I have written both the group that owns the dealership (Browning) and the general manager (Seth Waskow) and have received no acknowledgment or response.

Once again, our car needs were accommodated on a very short notice with no prior appointment. In addition, it was on Saturday, which is hard day/time to get service done. Service advisor Jake was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend Mazda Thousand Oaks and will be back for the next service.

Technical service was pretty good, BUT........... eventho I asked them up front to change software from kilometers to miles (which they did) they incorrectly filled out the km in as mileage. So they entered over 72000 miles but in reality car has only 42,000 miles. Major blunder! Please help to correct this asap? Thanks, Alex

You noticed that I was there for service before a smog test I'd scheduled for the next day. You cleared my tire pressure alert in a way that did not reset the onboard computer which would have caused the smog test to fail. You saved me from having to have the smog test redone. Good job!
