Unintelligible video description of issues. Seemed expensive. Have been going to Mazda Milford for four years and purchased three cars there in and recommended two friends. Seems like the dealership is under new managment, and it shows. Focus is less car and more on capturing your $$. Shame.

Dropped of for scheduled 40k service that includes replacement of spark plugs and optional car wash. They did neither.

We strive for thoroughness in our services, and it's disappointing to learn that we missed the mark. Spark plugs are not typically done at 40k. Mazda's recommendation for spark plugs is at 75k. Oil change,inspection of tires brakes and wipers all good. Recommendned Trani and other fluid change, not now. Was sent a coupon in email an hour before my scheduled appt. Weird? Waited over 2 hours for oil change and check points which was long. Town Fair will rotate my tires no charge, $35 here.

The process took about 2 hours. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and my car was taken in for service right away. They sent me a video at some point so that i could see what they were doing. Afterward, the service rep explained the various checkpoints as well as my cars ststus on each point.

Service is terrible. The staff is condescending to customers. I was given the run around when I wanted a key replaced using insurance that I purchased from the dealer. In the end they replaced the key after 3 visits and charged me $60 because insurance pays for 1/2 hour labor and they claimed it takes an hour. I will never go again. I have given too many chance and have been treated badly every time.

Took my car in for a routine maintenance service at Mazda of Milford. Staff was courteous, waiting area was a decent size, and even gave me a free car wash! I was happy with the level of detail they provided for the multi-point inspection and their level of expertise. Will be returning back here for future services.
