Made an appointment and took my Mazda in to have Car Play Fixed!! They diagnosed it needed to be replaced, Brought my car back up front and charged me. Completely skipped the communication process. This is the second time at this dealer and I swore the wait and chaos of the first visit I would never be back! HUGE Waste of time and $$

The service was great unfortunately no coffee for the long wait and when it was brought to their attention they just shrugged it off like okay. I felt like it didn't affect them so they didn't care. Early appointment I really would've liked some coffee. I know it's trivial but their response to it is what turned me off.

Great customer service! The service advisor, Mr. Nemer Amador was very courteous and explained me the reason for the charges at this time, for one of the car keys mechanism was faulty. I acceded to get a new key. While I was waiting for service I felt comfortable at the waiting room.

I was told shop would do a diagnostic which would take 2 hrs. I was going to wait but they offered to drive me home. I had them drop me off at my wife's work to pick up her car. I was able to get some other things done while I waited. Perfect! Communication on status via text messages are always great!

We had our car serviced. We'll be taking a trip so we wanted everything in good working order. The final amount was more than we expected so I hope they did a good job. We don't want any problems on our vacation trip. We were given 2 glasses with the Mazda design. I guess it was because it was our first time at the new place. We received a coupon for a free car wash also.

My Service Writer, Nemer Amador, made sure all my questions were answered, and that my scheduled service was completed on time. My Certified Technician, Jason, created an informative video of my car's condition and the status of my tires, breaks, fluid, air filter, etc. Mazda Lakeland provides excellent service.

My experience at Mazda Lakeland was very good. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain what was done.
The dealership I used last year washed the car as part of their service. Much appreciated but the service I received was still 5 star service..

The service department did an excellent job. My only suggestion is to offer unlimited car washes, which we had grown accustomed to at our former Mazda dealership, Nelson Mazda, in Franklin, TN. The drive through car wash was a great way for customers and service reps to get to know each other. The customer would drive up to the service lane, the service rep would then drive the vehicle through the car wash and return it to the customer.

From the start I got different prices for the service. When I brought the car in, I even signed (on a tablet) a form with the cost on it. When told the car was ready, the advisor requested payment of over $1000 which was $ 500 more than the form I signed. Then it took the advisor over a half hour to straighten it out and then the price was not the same.

I was to schedule my oil change and tire rotation with no issues. As soon as I drove in I was greeted and my car was taken in. My Service Advisor Nemer greeted me and kept me up-to-date about my cars servicing. All service was done right and I recommend Lakeland Mazda for your vehicles maintenance.

Service for what I had done was good. They identified I needed some brake work, but I missed the text and that didn't get done. (I was into a good book!). I would have appreciated someone coming out to talk to me or call me instead of assuming I declined to have that addressed.

battery at no cost to me, since the car was still until warranty.
Even though I spent a while at the dealer, Mazda Lakeland fixed my car and I
am satisfied they did a great job.

Lakeland Mazda service Department has a Major issue listening to customers. If you ask for something to be done they blatantly do what they want instead. I have had issues with them in the past thought I would give them one more chance its safe to say they have lost a customer for life !

Squeaking and rust issues were dismissed. I was told there's no time to test drive the car. Courtesy was not done was told the guys may have gone home and was given a voucher. I was there over 1 hr. Customer service was fair compared to great and sometimes excellent service received in the past. Checked out at 5pm.

The service was good . check in was a little disappointing they would always get the coupon for you and help you save money when they can. This time he made me send him my coupon and acted like it was almost a bother. I have always been impressed with the service and help so this was a disappointment. the gentlleman who took over was awsome who kept me informed about my service.

First they tried to charge me 3 hours of labor when they had only been open 2 hours, they supposedly did the full circle safety inspection but today 4 days later there is NO OIL IN MY CAR!!!!! Not sure why they are being dishonest but they lost all credibility with me.

Appointment scheduled for 9:00 but car wasnt completed till 12:45.
Informing the customer of an estimated time of completion would have set my expectations better, especially since this was a minor routine first visit.
Overall, I am very satisfied.
Workmanship gets 5 stars.

Great customer service as well as a highly reliable and quality vehicle. It is my 2nd Mazda but certainly not my last!!!

Just wanted my new key to be programmed. What is the point of setting up an appointment if its going to take over 2 hours to do a simple 20 minute task? Apparently the tires and alignment were checked, which I did not ask for or need since I just had new tires/alignment two days before.
