Got my oil changed. Told service advisor about a could of other issues I had since I purchased the truck feom them. My bedtime and door guards, both installed by them do not fit correctly. Was told sorry there was nothing they could do. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this deal and likely will not return because of the service department.

Service here is horrible - I have owned my truck for a total of 28 days and Maxwell Ford has hat for 17 of those days to simply replace brakes & rotors, gas lid, 1 side mirror motor and 1 side mirror housing unit....and the worst part is that I am not being told when I will get it back

I had to come back bc of leaking oil a week after my oil change bc oil was leaking on my driveway. They said there was an oil leak when I initially came for the oil change, even the though the multi-point inspection didn't indicate it, and they had talked to me about other services I needed at the time.

Nothing I didn't like. I went to Ford for an oil change and tire rotation. Other problems presented themselves,bad brake pads, broken transmission mount and a broken motor mount. Most of the work performed was done that day. The broken parts were done the next day. Have had no issues with repairs or Maxwell Ford.

The worst place to buy a car. They sold me a car with missing VIN and Tire sticker from the passenger door. The car has been in an accident while they stated it has been in 0 accident, 0 damages, no issues. Lots of ongoing issues. I notified them right away, they ignoring my calls, even the managers. Try to stay away this place. Shady

Initially, I had a nagging problem with my brand new truck that took a while to correct. I wasn't too happy with Maxwell's lack of a fix until I brought it back and started working with Kameron in the service center. He restored my faith in Maxwell and although it took several tries to correct the issue, they finally got it corrected and I can't say enough about Kameron's patience and professionalism. He's definitely a keeper.

Poor customer service from salesman and manager on duty at the time. Salesman numbers on the vehicle I was interested in didn't match what finance department was giving me. Salesman seemed to not know answers I asked about as well. Highly recommend choosing another dealership to purchase a car from, this dealership does not care about customers.

Good Morning Mr. Wilcox, I hope all is well with you. I am sorry we couldn't make the purchase work for you. I met with you and your salesperson when you were here the first time, we went over the vehicle with you, and said you wanted to leave and consult with your wife. You came back and said you were ready to purchase the vehicle and we showed you different options to be able to get to a comfortable monthly payment which you agreed to with extended terms to make it more affordable and comfortable for you. You also expressed to me that you wanted to be sure and purchase the extended warranty, gap, and also the treatment that would take care of the interior and exterior of your new vehicle which I gave you approximate added amounts to your monthly payments and you were good with all of that and left happy to go and consult with your wife. When you met with your Finance Manager, he gave you different options of monthly payments including the warranties you were interested in. The payments were not going to stay the same since you wanted to get additional protection coverage for your car. You also mentioned after the fact, that you took notice of a dent on the ledge of the door which I also offered to take care of for you for no additional cost. We did everything we could to accommodate your needs but it still wasn't good enough for you and we had to part ways. I wish you the best and god bless you and your family!
