My experience was Matthews VW in Vestal was a 10. They were so helpful in scheduling my tire install, oil change and also my recalls that I had. Very friendly and again the gentleman in the parts department and the service department were amazing and treated me with the upmost respect.

Matthews VW did a nice repair on my VW Passat TDI. It was repaired quickly. Diagnosed on Wednesday, ordered part and installed Friday. Tim had written a detailed list of what went wrong. I needed my battery replaced. I had just had my car jumped twice in one week. I walked into planet pre owned's service dept and spoke to Korey. I told him "I don't know if you can help me this late in the day but" He told me it was no problem at all. Took the car and the keys and within an hour I was back on the road! I'm so grateful.
