car was not washed following service( thought that was always done).Told car was done and placed in the runway to pick it up. Went to usual place where car has always been after servicing but not there. We were not familiar with the term runway so when we could not locate car went into dealership and stated , can't locate our car. Person from service area heard the statement and said " it's in the runway right where I told you it was." Where is the runway I asked. Follow me in a rude tone he stated, threw open the door to service area and said this is the runway and there is your car. The runway is the area you enter into service area.
