Since we wouldn't be back for several months, we went ahead.. He gave us a price, which is exactly what was charged when we picked up vehicle. Gary was professional, friendly and Informative.

The complimentary oil change and tire rotation went well, although I waited two hours and 15 minutes. One problem: I bought the car in November 2024. The state registration they gave me expired in February 2025. I was unaware of that. Thankfully, they were able to print me a new one-year registration for $53, so I was able to get the car inspected for another $78.

They were able to get me in even though I came on the wrong daythat was great. They weren't aware that I was given a quote for my service, and told me the price of the service would be double! When I told them I was given a quote , they had to find it to honor the price.

I was there for a routine oil change. The service and waiting time was good. When I called to schedule my appointment it was a month before I could get in for a simple oil change. I could have gone elsewhere without an appointment and got it done. Waiting a month for a routine oil change is unacceptable. That's the reason for the 2 star rating.

Best service center east and west of the Mississippi! All service writers are awesome, even if the don't have there usual cup off Joe in the morning before the doors open up sharp at 8:00 am ! They get beat up by rude and ignorant customers almost every day , it's like doing eight rounds with Mike Tyson ! All of the dry writers are under approved for all the hard work they do on a daily basis ! Your truly Bill Moyer !

The service was excellent but the recall on the car was unable to be fixed. I called the service center when the recall was made on the car and was assured the part would be in and it would be completed when the service was due on the car. That was approximately 6 months prior. Dissatisfied that a part for a recall on a brand new car should take this long and now the car will need another trip to service.

Muh shorter wait time for a service visit than local Honda competitor in my area. Motorworld Honda soonest available service appointment was 3 months 1 week; Burne Honda in Scranton was 2 1/2 weeks. I waited for vehicle and had 3 year service done plus regular service and state inspection. Was in and out the door quicker than I thought I would be. Staff were friendly.

They got me in 2 months earlier than MotorWorld Wilkes-Barre could, allowed me to drop it off immediately (MotorWorld only allowed day-before drop offs), and then squeezed it into their schedule/found a fix more than a week before my actual appointment date. Plus the diagnostic fee was $40 cheaper. Such a contrast to MotorWorld. I'll definitely be switching them as my preferred Honda service shop.

I had to call to see if the vehicle was done( last afternoon) and was told that it hadn't even been brought in yet. (The vehicle was dropped off 24 hr earlier this was pre arranged with them) and they knew the day & time of day I could pick it uphad to get a ride. They chuckled about it not being done. Not the best customer service!! I only took it here due to a recall.

The Service Department did a very good job in servicing my car. However, I was very disappointed with the owner who said she did not want the Presidential Inauguration on TV in the waiting room since some people may object to it. So this is what we've become in the United States of America. Something tells me they would have no issue with a Biden or Obama inauguration. I'll take me business elsewhere.

The problem was not resolved on the Jan 8th service. Made another service date appointment for Jan 16th as the problem still remained. On the Jan 16th service date the problem was (hopefully) pinpointed and a replacement part was ordered. Will wait to hear when the part arrives and make another service appointment.
