Old issue with car not resolved. Have had other purported fixes go horribly wrong to the point of scaring my spouse with cars nearing hitting due to car stopping with inability to shift at all. Red warning lights everywhere on the dash. They won't drive the car for any reason. Puttering sound that no one can discern. Ugh. I don't know how much of it is the car or the mechanics

Drove my car there for a recall, it drove fine. Went to leave after they were done and my car hesitated to start and my engine light came on. Tech took it back and just cleared the codes and gave me my car back. My car now currently has gas in the oil and doesn't want to run 100%, it idles up down and drinks more fuel than usual.

The car isn't repaired yet after 5 weeks of going back and forth. This last time I got my car back on empty, my radio was on a different station and I had to pay even though my car still wasn't repaired.

Ronnie is kind and cares about the customers. He keeps you informed about your car repairs, the cost and when your car will be ready for pickup. He allows you time to ask any questions that you may have. Everyone in the service department is helpful and friendly. Service is top of the line with a knowledgeable service department. I made an appointment for an oil change for 0830am, indicating 'the customer will wait for vehicle'. That is when I arrived (0830am) and was told 'it may take up to two hours, but probably not that long'. I was asked if I would like a complimentary car wash. I said 'yes'. At 2 hours and 15 mins, I checked on the status of my truck. I was told an oil filter had to be ordered because they did not have an oil filter in stock for my car, but they had it now and it would be another 15 mins. About 20 mins later, the service person called me and said, 'they are bringing your car around and its all ready. It's been nice and cleaned for your too'. I paid for the service and came out to find my car unwashed and in the same condition I dropped it off in. The service took way too long for 'an appointment scheduled service' where I indicated customer will wait. I was given no updates on the delay until I asked, and a free car wash was offered and not given.
