Phantom service engine light was diagnosed as the car needed a new $7000.+ transmission by Matt Bower's service department. A second option was received from an independent shop and found no transmission problems but did find the wrong battery installed that caused electrical issues and the false service lights.

Overcharged for oil that was not required. My owner's manual specifically states that the engine oil capacity is 5 quarts. I was charged more than $11 for oil that wasn't needed. If it took more than 5 quarts to top off my engine, it must have been an error on behalf of the technician performing the oil change. I should be reimbursed for this.

Service Rep was responsive and kept us informed on the repair status. Had to return to the service department immediately after arriving at home due to several warning messages that popped up. The system had to be re-calibrated. That should have been checked/completed prior to returning the vehicle to us.

It is virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone. The reception will transfer your call somewhere into oblivion. I am waiting for a part that needed repaired on my NEW vehicle that should have been here in two to three days and it is now two weeks and I am still waiting. Other promises from the sales staff not fulfilled as well.

Horrible. Went for oil change and car was returned with a broken control arm. Went back for service and the technician failed to perform a proper alignment. Had to return a 3rd time for wheel alignment. Service department is horrible here after the rebrand to Matt Bowers.

Picked up car after having paint job done for a defect in the hood and found out they changed the batteries also. This is a brand new car with less than 1,000 miles and after they did this the automatic start stop light came on. They want me to drop it back off and leave it there for them to check it after they've already had it almost 3 weeks.

Same great overall service as I always have. I actually drive past a Jeep dealer less than 5 miles from my house to have my car serviced at Matt Bowers because the service there was so incredibly bad. You see the other dealer employees thought they were doing me a favor by accepting my business and did a terrible job at it. So please continue treating your employees well so they will continue treating me well as a customer.

Once they got the Visor in everything went perfect.I suggested they keep some in stock. They even let me bring in both of my dogs and they sat on the ground next to me while we waited.I will go back in a few months for my 3rd oil Change.I love my Wagoneer its a very safe large SUV.

Service department very unprofessional had vehicle 4 days and did nothing to it after saying they did fix it was told about not having an appointment and treated like i was bothering them. Had to bring the truck back and they had to keep it another 3 days and didn't communicate properly.

I had a horrible experience I had Matt Bowers. After my so called diagnostic, I was told that the problem was what I went there for. Nothing was done true diagnosed my problem. I was suggested to do things that were only gonna cost me money, but might not have fixed the problem.

The service itself was excellent. However, the Acura MDX was just purchased from yourselves. During the service, we were told the rotors and brakes were faulty, resulting in a $1200 bill. I would have thought that the vehicle would have been checked thoroughly when traded in and the two problems found and corrected.

Service took too long!!! - 2 full days to determine that squeeking noise was caused by faulty generator/alternator, 1 week to order parts (generator and belt) and 1 full day to replace. On all three days I had appointments and dropped Jeep off at service department at 7:30 am.

Worst dealership I've ever been to. Had an appointment then they tell me 24-48 hours to diagnose it. After 48 hours they hadn't even looked at it, I go to pick it up the girl gives me the keys and says I have no idea where it is just hit the panic button. STAY AWAY THEY'RE TERRIBLE!!!!!!
