When i got back in my car after serviced there was oil on my driver seat and center console. I really do not want to bring it back there. That is not the first time I have oil in car after an oil change . They need to be more careful about the new vehicles.

They do not return phone calls, neither does the GM even though there is a sign that says to call him and he will return your call. I wait for 3:30 hours for SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER PERFORMED BECAUSE THEY NO LONGER HAD A PART AVAILABLE FOR MY VEHICLE! I had to contact GM because the dealership did not have any answers on when my paid for part would arrive. I'm still waiting for answers!

Poor service. It took a full week to receive diagnosis at Bowers Chevrolet and I received a $5,000 * estimate, and the warranty was not going to cover the repairs, I took my Tahoe back, went to Trapp Chevrolet in Houma and had my Tahoe repaired with $3,800 estimate and all repairs were covered by the Assurant warranty. I'll never return to Bowers again.

Well, first of all they sold me the vehicle with lot of things that were still to be fixed and kept me in the dimension of confusion between sales and service and now I have to live with all the flaws after paying 25000 to a car of 2021. I should have bought the new one instead.

I've been buying cars for over 20 years. I have had cars from all different kinds of dealerships in south Louisiana. Matt Bower's is not just the worst service I have ever seen, but I'd feel more comfortable buying a car from the Taliban in Afghanistan and then trusting them to honor their service agreements more so than Matt Bower or his team.

Service department has terrible communication, zero rentals to provide and never knows when the parts will arrive. They WILL leave you without any means of transportation after telling you that they can provide you with a rental because your warranty allows a rental vehicle while vehicle is in the shop.

I did accept it and had it done, I googled what the service entailed and according to what google stated the timeframe of me accepting and my vehicle completed did not seem to be accurate.

I was over charged according to their website I was over charged. Their cash sales price online was $21,927 they charge me $921.14 more, that was before all the other charges . They took advantage of me because I was alone and made the mistake of telling them I was recently widowed. As nice as the salesman was, I'll never do business there again.

I towed the car somewhere else and it was determined what they had suggested was not necessary for repair. So, I would have paid for a repair that was not necessary.

Not proactive communications, always had to reach out for updates. A 1 day repair took 3.5 weeks due to logistical issues, which i know is the reason others got for their delays as well. I suspect it was more logistical coordination. I'd recommend proactive comms

Great job on talking to you prior and during sale. Not so great responding after the sale. Store was clean and employees were very friendly. Everyone greeted you or atleast acknowledged you while you waited. I would definitely buy again from this dealership!

No problems only thing I would like is an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Driving all the way from the West Bank and then you have to wait three hours but I wanna keep the Matt Bowers warranty so I wanna keep everything At Matt Bowers you should think about appointment for oil changes I have a Leson Chevrolet equinox and I do an oil change with an appointment. I'm in and out there within an hour.

They don't communicate with you at all. Be prepared to call, text them and wait days for a response. Price is fair, wait times not good you could wait a week for a simple quick fix. I can't prove it but I'm pretty sure someone messed with my vehicle because it broke down on the way home for something I didn't bring it in for, funny right? Do yourself a favor and find another place to have your vehicle fixed.

I had a o wait time experience on a rainy day in the city. The customer service representative were able to log me in and take my car to the onsite service department around the corner from the service receiving shop on Airline Hwy. and North Atlanta Street. My vehicle was ready within a reasonable amount time considering the points inspection process, tire checks, fluids check on all parts under the hood!

The service advisor was horrible and every time I go for the same service it's a different price. The coupon is 28.88$ oil change plus 5.95$ 1 quart, which should add up to 34.00$ plus tax. Now she added all kinds of fees to total 60$. Not on my watch. I went to my glovebox and bought in all of receipts because it makes no sense for loyal customers to be getting ripped off when you do the same thing on the regular.

I went the second times concerning tire sensor that should've been attended to the last visit. According to the service department all my tires needed air! They was told that I put air in my tires and the warning sensor did not come off! I ask for them to put air in all my tires and they didn't!
