They are honest, friendly, and fast. They provide rides back to your house if you have to leave your car, and then pick you up again later. And they get the work done right. They are also reasonably priced, as you don't get charged for the air your breathe like other dealers.

Service took a little bit longer than predicted, but nothing problematic. The prices are competitive with others. They have vending and complimentary coffee. Waiting area is clean with more than adequate seating. I was in and out and it took about 30 minutes more than predicted.

I brought my sorrento in for a recall on it . The recall was for a hitch that I didn't have . I also inquired on the cost to replace a door check . After one hour , I was given the cost of the part I needed . It was three times higher than the actual cost . I waited over an hour .

Service was very good as usual. I don't like the adaptive transmission on my car and it never seems to shift correctly but, the technicians always says there is nothing wrong with it. I guess I just have to "ADAPT" to it. Otherwise, everyone was very nice, attentive and professional. I will continue to bring my car to be serviced at Matt Blatt Kia.

I was provided with a loaner vehicle that was clean as new.
My service was completed in the time span that was I was told it would be. I was very happy with the service agents.

The rep was trying to scare me into getting brakes. My brakes had 4mm of padding 6 months ago. Now they are at 2mm and I need to get them ASAP. Also he said I needed tires. The threads on the tires are fine. Not happy.
