Always great experience. They completed my oil change as well as my recall. Filled tires and fluids to ensure my vehicle was safe.

Took vehicle in for 35,000 mile maintenance service. I was taken right in and was completed within about an hour. However, I was very disappointed that with this standard maintenance and tire rotation, the technician did. To check the air in the tires. When I got home I checked on my screen only to see my tires were under inflated to 30# each tire. Disappointed!! Thought this was part of the regular aintenance

I have a service contract for 12 free oil changes and tire rotations. They charged me for the tire rotation because they said it did not show I had that, even though I had gotten it done for free in the past. I just went to another dealer and they were able to find that I do have free tire rotations on my service contract.

Bought the Jeep less that 2 weeks old, had multiple issues 3 to begin. Taillight fixed. Doesn't seem like much of an improvement of the alignment. T tops stillllllll leaking and off set.
