I told them there was to much oil put in, and I get home and it's leaking oil out the oil filter The store on Main is the best location.

The young employees were very competent, friendly, and efficient. My only concern was the DEF that was added to my pickup. The sign in the office stated diesels with full synthetic oil change (the most expensive oil change), would receive a FREE "top off" of DEF. Upon check-out I inquired if that was added to my pickup and was told no because I didn't ask for it. I said I wanted it which was added but at an additional significant cost.

We've been offering free top offs with our PURUS oil as part of a partnership with our main supplier. It appears we could have done a better job communicating with you on this so we will take your feedback and learn from it to do better in the future. Everyone at the shop was very nice and helpful. Just so happened they were the only ones open on Sunday which worked out great for us seen as how we originally came from out of town for a free oil change a Lithia and didn't know they were closed on Sundays. The service was great and the free ice cream and coffee hit the spot.

The customer service was above expectations. The service tech caught whom ever changed my oil the last time did not crush the copper crush ring that Nissans use. He brought it to me, showed me the issue and assured me my oil leak would be fixed... and it is! Thank you Master lube on King Ave in Billings

Its an old 2000 suburban with170,000 but runs like a new car because you remind us of what needs to be done with no pressure to do the work. Courtesy and honesty have far exceeded my expectations. I bought a new car in Billings and my husband had to make the dealership give my money back for service that did not need to be done. They took advantage of me because Im a female and did not know much about car air filters and fuel injectors. You did not try to take advantage of me concerning my air filter like the dealership did.
