Masella's staff are very skilled and honest. They don't try to sell you something that you don't want or need. Their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them. We have tried a few other shops for our cars, but we will be taking our cars here in the future.

With this vehicle I have always taken it to the dealer, going to Masells's reminded me there are better alternatives. Reminded me of auto shops in past when you were not just a number in a dealers computer. They explained things and you could talk to the technicians that worked on your car.
Will definitely recommend them to others.

There is no better auto mechanic garage than masella's in venice. They are always honest, fair, and trustworthy on your car issues. For me, i had major oil leaks, and they did not charge me anything and left it up to me whether to spend money fixing it, or on a 20 year old car to decide what to do.

I trust them and their opinions. I few months ago, I made an appointment to have a repair made. Received a phone call informing me that the repair was not needed at that time.

They diagnosed the problem and gave a detailed quote. The job went smoother than they expected and the final bill was almost 500 dollars less than the quote. I don't know of any other shop that would pass the savings along. They not only know what they are doing but are HONEST!

I liked everything about this service visit! Oil change, tire rotation, found what caused slow leak in right front tire! Discovered that 2 of my 4 tires needed to be replaced due to high tread wear, but that was expected.
Didn't have to wait long for everything to be accomplished either, unlike the half-day waiting times at dealerships. And the price was affordable! I'll be back!

Randy explained everything clearly and we discussed options for replacing the windshield wiper pump. Everyone was polite and patient with each person that went up to the counter to either check in or ask a question.
