The guy that did service finger printed the door and hood like a child would. Tires pressures were not right on the truck. Backs were at 53psi and fronts were at 55psi. Gm says 75 rear and 60 fronts. Saw him out there talking and joking around with others and miss these steps of doing things right.

The dealership promised my truck the same day and it was true. What I didn't expect was every question I asked the service guy Matt, he didn't have an exact response or just said I don't know and didn't even try to have a response for my questions which shows that service and the actual shop techs have 0 communication. Please do better.

They person that took my car in went to lunch & didn't tell me my car was done. After 2 hrs + I walked & looked out the door & it was setting outside done... They lady at the desk apologized & said he didn't finish paperwork before he went to lunch & she did & I paid & went home. He was not thorough.

Well ! during get my oil service, asked about maybe to getting air cleaner, which during the oil changed is something should be checked on, but one l was told it would be $ 20.oo more [labor] and $50.oo for new air clearer. l didn't because if l did wanted it done, and told more $20.oo labor to change it, shouldn't be charge to just it is you or tech is already checking during oil service.

Well I was going in for the my recalls to be fixed for the 3rd time and told them that I didn't want to go again only to be given a run around well the parts were in and nd service manager said no because there was another recall but no remedy so they should have put the parts on for the first recall but didn't so frustrated

Good customer service, good clean room where you wait call free comfortable chairs I talked to the mechanic he was a professional and knew what he was doing told me exactly what my truck needed which was really nothing just an oil change. I recommend Martin Chevrolet to anybody wanting good reliable service.

We were told we needed to replace the transmission. We took the car elsewhere for a second opinion and the transmission is fine. Very disappointed as this would have been a major expense. We used to trust Martin.

10 days later they said i need tires and oil pan gasket.
Didn't ask for evaluation. Told them what I wanted done.

FRIENDLY STAFF. IT WENT IN FOR AN Alignment, but knew it was more than just an allignment by the feel in the front end.
And it was. Not good for my purse but it needed to be done, and I'm glad they caught it all

Took our vehicle in because the front end was shaking and all they did was drive it and put the vehicle on a lift and look at it and then charged us 180 dollars just for that.
