Well I was going in for the my recalls to be fixed for the 3rd time and told them that I didn't want to go again only to be given a run around well the parts were in and nd service manager said no because there was another recall but no remedy so they should have put the parts on for the first recall but didn't so frustrated

Good customer service, good clean room where you wait call free comfortable chairs I talked to the mechanic he was a professional and knew what he was doing told me exactly what my truck needed which was really nothing just an oil change. I recommend Martin Chevrolet to anybody wanting good reliable service.

I had an appt at 10am and by 11:15am asked about my car and another lady got my car service. At 11am 2oeople had appt and their was being service. Then noon the 2 oeople lifted and i was still with no car.
So I went to manager and he didn't charged me, but i didn't know they ran my battery down till the next day. I did notice my clock was not set and radio was not set either so I wonder why they disconnected battery.

Typical dealership, bring the vehicle in for one problem, dealership finds 20 other things wrong not associated with original problem. Then the dealership doesn't even address the warning icons on the dashboard. Really need someone to go above and beyond.

FRIENDLY STAFF. IT WENT IN FOR AN Alignment, but knew it was more than just an allignment by the feel in the front end.

Took our vehicle in because the front end was shaking and all they did was drive it and put the vehicle on a lift and look at it and then charged us 180 dollars just for that.

The service was not done. I had a 11:00 appointment and arrived at 10:45 and my car was taken in immediately and parked. I asked for my keys at 11:35 because nothing had been done. Very disappointed
