No communication. I had it towed there. I called them to see if it arrived, they had no idea. Said Person would call me back, never did. Called several times more. Was told they were busy. And would call me back. Finally talked to someone, they said it would be done in a few days and no loaner was available. After they were done, the problem wasn't fixed. I took it back to my old dealership an hour away.

I had a very bad experience when I booked for an oil change. I had made a 7:30 AM oil appointment for my suburban. It took over three hours to get the car done with. They did not try to get me out of there fast. I had to ask them to please hurry up because my husband had to start work and I could no longer wait. They did not apologize for taking as long as they did. I will not be going back.

Went in for a simple alignment. Was worse afterwards. Brought it right back to fix again, it was still off. Had to bring it to a different place to have it done correctly. They did however ask how they could make it right. At that point I was done with them.

My truck has 3800 miles on it like new. Now the frame has scratches all over it truck wasn't clean and just overall lack of care to a customers vehicle. And it took 3 days to complete the job. Appointment for first thing Monday morning and didn't even look at it until Wednesday. Second not happy experience with your service department.

Due to the service department not letting me know I needed an alignment they reached out to correct the issue. They picked up my car from my daughter's work, did the alignment, and dropped the car back off. I have always had a good experience with them and I am glad that they corrected the issue.

The shuttle service you have is great. Both ways back and forth, The young men were so polite and seemed comfortable with customers. They also washed my car. I also like the fact that I can make payments for a short time on this tire cause I wasn't expecting that expense. You really helped a lot. I can't tell you about anything that I didn't like on that particular visit. It was wonderful thank you.

The Service Department was awesome. They were kind, courteous, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about them especially Ralph who took care of me as soon as I walked in. The waiting area was clean with plenty of seating with free water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and wifi.

The employees were very nice and professional. There was even a little play area for my daughter to play in and keep her busy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I had asked if they could check my transmission fluid and was told they could not without explanation or recommendation on what to do to have it checked.

We should have taken the time to explain more clearly how your vehicle's transmission system works. Your transmission is actually sealed and doesn't come with a dipstick to check the fluid. The manufacturer of your vehicle advises changing the fluid at specific mileage or time intervals. Terrible Communication Skill's.
Every day I would call for a check up on my vehicle and they would leave me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then hang up.
On top of that they did not want to warranty a head gasket job and denied warranty. Not only that, they voided my whole warranty.
Took my car to a Chevy Dealership in Wisconsin and they are going to warranty the work plus they contacted Chevy to unvoid what Martin did.

Please be assured that we did not deny or void your warranty, we submitted the repair info to GM to try to get your head gasket covered under your warranty, and their decision was made by a higher-up at GM due to your vehicle's history of having the head gasket replaced at an independent repair facility after a rollover accident. We had no part in that decision, and we wish it would have been different for you as we would have loved to help you out with having this repair covered. We sincerely empathize with your situation and hope that a resolution can be found soon.

I Rather come during the week it's not so busy and Saturday's are I wish if you have appt.for oil change they could do like express, but I get it you have to wait and if other cars are being serviced for other then a oil change then you will wait. It was all good the service department is always friendly I didn't mind the wait.

As usual I have a very good report took my truck in for 50 thousand mile croup and oil change and Ozy had mechanic check over my truck and found a very small crack in my radiator and replaced it under warranty. Save me a lot of money down the road and I was treated awesome. They replaced the radiator. Get a very good clean job as usual.

I have been trying to get the recall repair done on my car forever. Each time I called? I have been told I'd be notified when the part is in. Never happened. This last time, I received the postcard that the part was in, scheduled the appointment, dropped off my car, only up be called and told the part is unavailable. I am now waiting to be notified that the part is available once again.
