Over charged me on the spark plugs that they installed. I called Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota parts early that day and ask how much 4 spark plugs was or my car. I give them my car vin number so make sure I was getting the right plugs. I ask the service department when I got there what is a ballpark figure how much 4 plugs was. They said 20.00 more then the part person told me. I then told them I called the part department early it was 20.00 less the what they told me, then they said it a little different from car to car and I get that. But I had called early that was told the price with taxes. They said well that should be the price for the plugs not Installation. I was still charge10.00 more for the plugs then the quote the part department told me.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8:45 a.m. It took every bit of 2 hours for these services. While I recognize there are multiple vehicles being serviced it seemed a bit long of a wait. I will say I was not charged for the tire rotation because of my wait time ( without me asking or complaining) which was appreciated. I've had extended wait times in the past when getting an oil change as well. Everyone is nice just wish the wait time could be shortened. :)

Not impressed. I told them,I just bought the vehicle. Was called by the previous owners name when work was completed. Customers name should have been the first thing they checked. Tires were new and I requested they not be rotated. Was charged 25 dollars and they said they rotated them anyway on bill. Oil change and Trans service was ok as far as I know. I know it sounds picky but it's very expensive to do care at dealer and it should be top notch. Maybe next visit will be better. If not I will take it to Lexus dealer nearby.
