I didnt like that when I had car 1st day, i discovered glovebox door fell off and was told I couldnt bring it in because last service appointment was at 3:15pm Also my rear tires were from 2021 but car my car year 2023. I told salesman and he said would probably be charged for tires, even sold with severe wear and were chinese worth about $30. General manager has not called me back even thought that was a week ago. Very dissatisfied.

They were supposed to fix a water leak on my hatchback. When I got the car back, I went through the car wash and the whole inside of my rear window was soaked. The issue wasn't fixed and they apparently didn't bother to test it. So now it's in their shop again (still) for the 2nd time. What's even funnier is that they called me with an "estimate" to have it repaired. No sir! You sold it to me like that, I'm not paying for their issue.
