Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Doesn't try to "sell you" work that isn't absolutely necessary, only recommends repairs that are necessary.
I would like it if they scheduled appointments for a specific time instead of making you drop the car off at 8am, making it necessary to go home instead of waiting for the work to be done.

The tech that was to fix a leaking tire found some additional odd holes in the tire making it beyond repair. He recommended addition replacements due to short life remains on other tires. His advice was followed and 3 tires were t replaced.

Very pleased with the time it took to get an appointment for an oil change. Staff were friendly and helpful. Work seems to be fine. Happy that a sticker for the next oil change was placed on the window.
The only issue was finding the actual business. My GPS took me in the opposite direction and then in circles. Providing a 1st time customer with actual directions would be helpful, as well as better signage on Adobe Rd.

The people are always friendly and very professional. They performed the Lube and Oil in good time and reminded me of a Strut issue that I still needed to address. They are even going to call my outside Insurance Co. to see how much they might cover.

My car was suppose to have an alignment after a repair form an accident. I got the car back and the alignment is completely off. My steering wheel is kicked to the left and the car pulls hard to the right. I will be calling the Autobody who sent it here to get this resolved.
