I liked the friendly staff, clean waiting area and clean bathrooms. The only thing I don't understand is the fact there's a charge for using a charge card. With the size of business and many locations I (and I'm sure there are others) would like them to reconsider this decision.

I called for an appt and got a time in a few days. My daughter went with me because she hadn't been in their new facility. I had a battery problem and this was an oil change and a check of the new battery. Both items were done and we were on our way in about an hour and a half.

I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from Derek in the service area. I was traveling when my truck wouldn't start. They took care of me even though they were busy. They made me feel like my problem was very important and got me back on the road.

Felt pressured into purchasing $100 in lugnuts. When submitted a complaint afterwards was told that I was told I could get my vehicle off of the rack. This was not true and gave me a lot of distrust in the business. I went in for a recall and an oil change and spend $150.

The service department was up front on the cost and explained that the repair was time-consuming. The repair took a little longer than expected which I was previously warned. Have my truck back and everything looks and works well. Keep up the good work.

Our service could not have been better. Immediately, a diagnostic was done and the problem found. A master fuse was replaced. Within one hour we were back on the road. We were able to complete our trip home to Wi with our problem fixed. Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel at home.
