Had an issue with one of your employees being very rude. I allowed this to trigger me and for that I'm sorry but he was out of line. I found the info. we disputed after I got home and when I asked for a manager I was told he/she just went to lunch at around 2 PM. I will never get serviced at this location again.

I truly enjoyed the process with my salesman Phil and the finance mgr Devin.They were straightforward with me about the the car deal and did not play any games. Mark Moats service department doesn't overcharge. They advise and complete service in the customer's best interest. I had a truck battery that was showing signs of wear or weakening. They tested it and it needed replaced. But they (Shawn) noted it could still be under warranty and advised that I check with the service station that had put in the battery. I did. The battery was still under warranty. Mark Moats saved me $200+.

Once the problem was recognized, the dealer personally went above and beyond what would be expected. He loaned me his personal vehicle, told me what to expect as to when the service would be completed, and followed thru on what he said. He waked his talk.

Went for a simple evaluation of AC. Received an outrageous quote and no alternative. Charged $50* for little satisfaction. 'Followed up with a phone call about our other vehicle that has an extended warranty. I was tersely told "We only handle Ford warranties. Not sure if I will ever take either of our vehicles there for service after being customer for over 40 yesrs!

Had it in for a scheduled oil change, etc. asked them to update SYNC - they said they did, took them an hour and a half or more - but it's no different, and in some ways, worse than it was before the update. They tried, don't know if it's just the age of the car or what, but a little disappointed that it's not working any better.

Work is always done promptly and correctly. I love the service that I get at this dealership. In this particular instance they switched over from my summer wheels and tires to my winter wheels and tires. My winter wheels had been washed before storage, including the barrels and not just the exterior portions.

The service department takes the extra steps to do things right, such as cleaning my summer tires and wheels before storing them after putting my winter tires and wheels on the vehicle. The service department picks up and drops off my vehicle for every service visit, which is a great convenience and time saving for me.

We spoke with Rick, he was great in answering all our questions. We needed to make sure that my husband could get his hand controls on the vehicle and also how the wheelchair would fit into the vehicle. Rick was professional, kind and helpful. While the specific car we were looking at wasnt a good fit for us. Our experience was a perfect fit and we wont hesitate to work with Rick at Mark Moats Ford in the future.
