Usually your service is very good, but I was disappointed in my last visit. I arrived at 9:05 for a 9:15 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I waited in the lobby until almost 11:30. Others who were there both before and after me left with their cars. I have no idea why my car took so long for this simple work.

They deceived me in the necessary services that I needed for my car. I took my car to another shop who said I didn't need those for a while. And they overcharged me for an oil change. It was twice the amount other places charge. I won't come back here again.

One of the recalls was to fix the hatch on my hood. You replaced it but you didn't fix it now it's sitting up inch and a half above where it was before and you told me you couldn't do anything about it so I had to take it to a mechanic and have it fixed. Thanks for nothing.

Everything was very good. Appreciated having a loaner car at a reasonable price. Also appreciated being able to communicate with service coordinator, via text message. My service coordinator explained everything in detail and provided me with options regarding timing of recommended services.

The service at the midtown location of Mark Miller,Subaru has slipped over the years. They used to be so thorough and now they are just pushing those cars through. Because of that they missed a lot of things. They've also cut back on some of the things they offer like the concierge service that made getting your car taken care of so much easier. I wonder if they need another location so they're not as busy?

They quoted me three hours over the phone for the service, but it only took an hour. Really like the complimentary water, coffee, and soda. The cafe is a bonus too. Their service department is too notch.
