Recently purchased a used F250. After leaving the lot I realized my front facing camera wanting displaying. Called my sales rep and the service department got me in an out in a hurry. The service writer would come by every so often and update me on the progress. Very professional and very proficient!

He also was able to get Ford to reimburse me for a repair that I had to pair for prior to an active recall was released for my vehicle over a year ago. I liked the service tech Sam that I dealt with. But the experience at Mark McLarty Ford has been nothing but frustration and anguish. I know something is wrong with my powertrain due to it shifting poorly. And since the Diagnostic tool doesn't pick up a "code" they don't work on it and say it was "checked". My experience with Mark McLarty Ford has been terrible. Every time.

Very good service and friendly but one thing we were not aware of till they called us back is if you have multiple issues you are charged tech for each issue . This recently changed they said. So instead of 180.00 if you want them to check say 3 issues you pay 180.00 x 3 . Just be aware.

had 4 recalls that needed to be done. McLarty provided free loaner car as it was going to take a few days to complete all the recalls. I couldn't give 5 stars as the vehicle was in their preowned area and should have had all the recalls completed before offering the vehicle tothe public.

We had a problem with the fuel system. McLarty Ford refused to repair it. They said the manufacturer and extended warranty would not cover the problem. We only drove the truck less than 8,000 miles. I will not buy another thing that has the McLarty name on it. And will tell EVERYONE of the service I received. It took them 35 days to tell me it's not covered.
