I was communicating with someone in the used department where I strongly believe she forgot to tell the auto center about one issue....because it popped right back up after leaving there. Either that, they didn't complete the task. They forget to communicate to each other. She also told me she'd ask them but he said they weren't told. This place is far from me, so I go here when there's more than just 1 issue...

Took my vehicle in for service and was greeted by my service advisor Jackie. Jackie was great with communicating to me what my vehicle needed and made sure my vehicle was done in a timely manner. I will only take my vehicles to her in the future.

They got the work done but it took two visits and I had to call to schedule the 2nd visit. The follow up from the service rep was poor. Don't know if he was too busy but if I didn't follow up, the work would never get done.
