Not sure how I feel about my experience. I don't know if anything was done other than my oil being changed. I was told my car was ready & that the key was inside. The receipt was foreign to me too.
I would hope that the next time, if there is a next time, being elderly and female, time would be taken for explanation.

Oil was way overfilled, the oil was clean but the filter was not, it had an old dirty oil filter on it. The air filter box was missing one screw and one was only halfway tightened down. The air filter itself was installed so that the lip was mashed into the air box. The brake lights were out until a nice county sheriff let me know. I am going through it doing a complete service as I now don't trust their service department.

Not very customer friendly place, especially the blond out of a bottle lady with a large amount of silicone in her chest.i have been a ranch in Oklahoma for 40 years and have a farm tax card for agriculture repairs . She refused to all me to use my farm tax card. even though the truck was a farm truck with a farm tag from state of Oklahoma on it. Then she informed me I was ignorant to the tax laws of the state of Oklahoma.

50 miles added to my car and 1/4 tank of gas used. What "recommended maintenance" was done??? Issues were fixed from when I first bought car in September after part finally came in. Glenpool service department had better communication than Sapulpa/route 66 location but both need improvement!
