I took my truck in for tire rotation and oil change because last time I had work done at the end they said they forgot to do it. I scheduled another time to have tire rotation and oil change and when I was called it was done, I was told this time they didn't do the tire rotation because they have broken things on wheels like mine before so they decided not to do it. Funny thing is they have done mine in the past.

Matthew is great and bends over backwards to satisfy the customers. But my experience this time was rough. I had a noise back rear. Got two things done to it costing 700 plus dollars. Drove away, noise still there. No rental available. Had to drive my car with it not fixed. Matthew helped all he could, but it was quite frustrating to say the least. It is finally fixed now.

This was not my best experience. This was a scheduled warranty appointment. The reason for the appointment was not properly entered into the computer when I called. I had a coupon from them for a service appointment which I told the advisor right away. She forgot and I had to call her after I had left to fix it.

Marion Toyota has the best techs in our region. That's why I drive the distance to have my Tacoma serviced. They simply are the best. Get you what you need and not what you don't need. What I'm not crazy about, and other dealers have the same model, is that the service writer (or system) texts you and does n o t come to where you are and explain things face to face.

Service was good, fast. They turned my headlights off of auto and I didn't realize it until after it was dark driving down the road. If they turn them off to take them into the shop when they come out, they need to turn them back on to auto or where they were.
