It's unfortunate that recently there have been so many staff shortages and people out. However, Marion Subaru delivers quality service and good customer service while you're waiting. It took a little longer than usual, but there's nice places to wait that are not too noisy.

Very nice dealership, eccellant rating due to salesperson Mike who was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to sell, but we did not buy the car because it did not meet expectations at no fault of Mike's. Very good experience, just not that car. Other vehicles were suggested but we don't have access to a Subaru dealership in our area.

The service department at Marion Subaru does great work. They are very helpful and I always appreciate their advice. The only reason this isn't a five-star review is because it is such a chore trying to reach them. Since they are so helpful, maybe it is a weak phone system, but it takes ages and lots of calls before you get to speak with anyone.

I came in with low air pressure. The gentleman at the desk told me he could inflate my tires and check for any issue. It turned our that one tire could not be inflated since the cap was glued to the air spout (I know that has a different name, but I cannot come up with it at this time). The took the car in immediately and changed the "spout" and sent me on my way. Thanks to the mechanics I could do what I needed to get done.

Car is burning oil. Towed it in for an investigation and they changed the oil and wrote on the service sheet "low on oil requested oil change". When I called bs and demanded a compression test they claimed it would be a 4-6hour process and costs about $800 out of pocket. My car has 32,000 miles. Full warranty until 60,000 miles. Dealership fighting tooth and nail to avoid engine warranty work. Marion Subaru is operated by CROOKS.

The oil got changed and the tires got rotated. When I rotate my own tires, I always adjust the tire pressure because the front and rear are different.

They were on time, programmed the key fob in a quick appointment. Only 4 stars because they recommend oil change at 6k but now all of a sudden after appt I get a daily message that it's due for maintenance and oil change at 5k.
