Was given a vehicle report indicated a new battery would be needed and rear brakes as well as a possible engine gasket leak. Batter would be $428, I replaced it the next day with a more cranking amp one for $150, had brakes looked at they were at around 50%. Radio system is glitching, no remedy from Subaru. What a bunch of crooks.

What I liked most was the willingness of the dealership to do the work needed for free. What I disliked was the efficiency to repair the issue on the Subaru Outback. There apparently was miscommunication about the ordering, reception, and setting up the appointment. However, the dealership made its apology by not charging the client for the work - and that was very special of them.

I didn't like the total price for the front axle replacement! The diagnostic test was unnecessary for this! And experienced mechanic would know btween the distinctive noise made when only making a right turn, and then looking underneath car when up on the ramp! It would be a given! Just a way to get more money out of customers, even long-time loyal ones. Jeez

I have complete trust in their quality of inspections,service, and recommendations. Extremely easy to schedule an appointment and the texted communications during the wait were appreciated. Everyone friendly. Waiting areas are comfortable. I love my Crosstrek and how Marion Subaru cares for it.

It's unfortunate that recently there have been so many staff shortages and people out. However, Marion Subaru delivers quality service and good customer service while you're waiting. It took a little longer than usual, but there's nice places to wait that are not too noisy.

Very nice dealership, eccellant rating due to salesperson Mike who was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to sell, but we did not buy the car because it did not meet expectations at no fault of Mike's. Very good experience, just not that car. Other vehicles were suggested but we don't have access to a Subaru dealership in our area.

The service department at Marion Subaru does great work. They are very helpful and I always appreciate their advice. The only reason this isn't a five-star review is because it is such a chore trying to reach them. Since they are so helpful, maybe it is a weak phone system, but it takes ages and lots of calls before you get to speak with anyone.

I came in with low air pressure. The gentleman at the desk told me he could inflate my tires and check for any issue. It turned our that one tire could not be inflated since the cap was glued to the air spout (I know that has a different name, but I cannot come up with it at this time). The took the car in immediately and changed the "spout" and sent me on my way. Thanks to the mechanics I could do what I needed to get done.

Car is burning oil. Towed it in for an investigation and they changed the oil and wrote on the service sheet "low on oil requested oil change". When I called bs and demanded a compression test they claimed it would be a 4-6hour process and costs about $800 out of pocket. My car has 32,000 miles. Full warranty until 60,000 miles. Dealership fighting tooth and nail to avoid engine warranty work. Marion Subaru is operated by CROOKS.
