Been a customer for years.......Got tired of the blatant lies these upsellers / service desk folks push out. They have no issues exaggerating a problem to get you to spend more. They stripped bolts during maintenance / oil changes and tried to tell me I did it, then wonder why I have an attitude. Chevrolet lost all my business.If I could give NO STARS, I would.

They were wonderful! We were over 800 miles from home and they went out of their way to get our air conditioner fixed. Only thing we weren't happy about the surcharge for using a credit card. Would have paid different had we been told. Otherwise great service!

Salesman was friendly and helpful. Sales manager was tough. We were promised an extra manual key but have not gotten it yet. Don't expect to ever see it. This is a dealership and they will promise you whatever you want and then do not come through as all dealerships are. As long as I get new tags sent to me after they receive it. We live close to 200 miles away and I should not have to drive there for my tags.

Had to bring this car in for 9 months for the exact same issue and this dealership took 9 months to diagnose and fix the issue at hand. Waited until I was out of the bumper to bumper warranty. Made my family be without our car for months, using various loaner cars while still paying for my premium Tahoe. Do not take your car to this dealership!

The service was good, however the fee that we were charged for using a credit card to pay for this is unacceptable to us. Had we been made aware that the fee was being charged for credit, the payment could have been paid for with debit or a company check.
