I took my car in for 5,000 miles of service and they told me everything was fine, that the brakes were perfect. 4 days later, my brakes sounded like they were gone, and indeed they were. So how come they told me they had inspected it when in fact they hadn't? It's not right, they're wasting my work day.

Good day probably one of the worst mechanic service visit I have had in 25 years. The service manager Mr. John Mefferd was rude , condecending and borderline out of line when he attempted to want to charge me for an hour labor.After the car was in their hands for over 5 hours. Then to make things more.interesting I email and called the GM and never got an answer. Great business motto. Rogelio Leon

They want to be very helpful and are extremely polite. They did the tiny thing I was there for. However, one month after purchasing the 2025 Mustang MachE. I have trouble getting my charger for home. Now I've been sent. List of chargers like I am supposed to know which one to pick! Truly unhelpful.

When they returned the care to me it developed a misfire as soon as I pulled onto the freeway. It was so bad I was afraid I wouldn't make if back to the dealership. Thankfully, they gave me a loaner car so I could get home that night. They fixed my car the next day and the misfire hasn't recurred. They did right by me with the loaner but I believe they should have test driven the car before they returned it to me.

Drove up there and left the car with the service department. Got a call two hours later that they didn't have a mechanic to work on the brakes. Went back up the 30 minute to get the car and had the brakes go out and almost got in an accident. Would give you less stars if possible!

Car taken in and told would be serviced in 2-3 hours. Called after 4 hours and service agent laughingly told that car was in his queue but didn't see it had been worked on and would call me back when he had info. Someone else called to say it was ready for pickup. Lame.

Made an appointment specifically for Recalled parts and oil change. Upon arrival I was told they only had time for an oil change and I should schedule my Recall service another time. This could have been communicated very easily at time of scheduling.

Courteous and upfront check-in process. Was advised that the software update process can "hic-up" during upload causing the process to have to restart from the beginning, which mine did multiple times. My maverick was ready first thing the next day.
