It took 2 hours and 15 minutes for only an oil change! When they were finished, they had not washed the car. I had to send it back for my car to go through the car wash. Some dealerships have an express oil service for only oil changes. Hopefully, that service will start soon at this dealership.

Advisor Jesse Brennan was knowledgeable, professional and an all around pleasure to interact with. Facility was very clean and welcoming, however, there appeared to be numerous people walking around doing nothing. I was very surprised by high prices (wiper blades for ($92) that I could have purchased for half the price and installed them myself (or installing inserts, takes longer but would have saved considerable monies).

I was only there for an oil change. It took two hours and 15 minutes to get the oil change. I did have an appointment. An oil change Should take 15 minutes, maybe a half an hour at most. If it took an hour, I wouldn't have been upset but two hours and 15 minutes is totally ridiculous.

Stan and the tech crew were wonderful. Thia was my third visit in 2 months for a low tire pressure signal. This time they did a major recalibration? and so far no problem. The other 2 times they just recalibrated without checking tire pressure. I'm 80 and really have to feel secure when driving. Fingers crossed and thanks. Sandy

The service was very effective. My only complaint was the communication regarding th wait time. At one point I was told it only be a little while longer and then it took another hour and a half. As far as the condition of the car when I left and the security I felt that it was thoroughly inspected and repaired I couldn't be happier.

It's close to home. Mariano Rivera was exciting to watch pitch and I'm not even a sports' fanatic. My only complaint is that I know when my tires pressure needs to be made 35 psi and when I ask for it to be done, I have to go back in to have it done. I know to check it before I leave because I always have to go back.

The service staff never cease to amaze me. My inspection was free again. I told them that I was taking a long ride to Georgia & back to pick up my Army son's puppy due to his deployment. They checked everything on my car to make sure it was in tip top shape & safe for the ride at no cost to me. This gave me the confidence to make that trip with no worries. That's true service!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brought the car in for a recall on software. Waited for over 3 hours and they were not able to fix the software. Had to reschedule another visit for January. A loaner car has been arranged for the next visit, but it the aggravation caused by their inability to fix the software the first time.

I needed an oil change, and expected them to find something else that I needed, but actually to my surprise, they told me that there was nothing else that I needed, except next time I come back the tires need to be rotated. Usually, they try to sell you on something, and they didn't, very appreciated about that

The entire process was seamless. From making the appointment to getting there and finding out about an extended warranty that would be taken care of free of charge to easily and for no charge getting a loaner for 2 days. Could not have been happier with it all. Staff was amazing.
